摘要
全球检验医学住院医师规范化培训开始于上世纪90年代。美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会要求对检验医师的培养首先是一名临床医师,能够作为实验室的临床专家,通过"验报告解释签发程序"、临床会诊和咨询等方式参与患者的诊治过程。相应地,2015年中国医师协会也通过颁布检验医师培训细则来强调检验医师临床能力的培养。但目前我国还缺乏有效的训练检验医师临床能力的程序、方法和考核手段。所以,目前各检验医师规范化培训基地,需要尽快摸索适合我国目前检验医学发展现状的检验医师临床能力培养方式。
Clinical Pathology(CP) residency training was issued in the 90s in the world. Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education has mandate that the pathologist is a clinician first and foremost. The goals of a training program in CP should be to develop a pathologist who is competent to act as a part of multidisciplinary healthcare team to help developing a diagnostic and therapeutic plan for patients, based on a procedure of test results interpretation. Accordingly, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association has also issued the standard training program for clinical pathologist which very focused on the resident competency in patient care. However, there are still absence of the effective approaches and evaluation tools in the training practices in China. Therefore, all the clinical pathologist training centers at present should probe the appropriate way for the competency training and evaluation in CP.
