Application of PBL Teaching Method in the Training of Residents in PICU

PBL教学已经在儿科学的理论课程中开设,并取得了较好效果。通过将PBL教学引入PICU住院医师培养过程中的一些方法和体会,表明这一教学模式可以有效提高住院医师培养速度和效果,有利于提高重症医学科医师培训质量,值得在今后的临床教学工作中不断完善与推广。

PBL teaching has been carried out in pediatrics theory course, and got good effect. This article introduces some methods and experiences of the PBL model in the training of residents in PICU, indicates that the learning model can effectively improve the speed and effect of residency training. It is beneficial to improve the quality of intensive medicine doctor training, it is worth constantly improve and promotion in the future clinical teaching work.
