典型病例教学在普通专科内科教学中的应用探讨

摘要 目的分析典型病例教学在普通专科内科教学的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年接收的140例2011级临床医学系学生,随机分为典型病例教学组(70例)和传统教学组(70例),对两组学员的最终考核成绩、临床实习满意度情况进行对比分析。结果典型病例教学组学员的最终考核成绩优于传统教学组学员(P<0.05),临床实习满意度(97.14%)高于传统教学组(85.71%,P<0.05)。结论典型病例教学在普通专科内科教学具有良好的应用效果。 Objective To analyze the effect of the typical case teaching in the teaching of ordinary colleges. Methods 140 intern students from 2011 grade in our hospital adopted in 2014 were selected as the research object. According to the teaching method, they were divided into cases(70 cases) and the traditional teaching group(70 cases). Comparative analysed the final examination. Clinical practice satisfaction in two groups of students were carried out. Results The final assessment of the typical cases of the teaching group was significantly better than the traditional teaching group(P〈0. 05), the clinical practice satisfaction of the typical cases of the teaching group was 85.71%, the clinical practice satisfaction of the students in the traditional teaching group was 97.14%, the clinical practice satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The typical case teaching internal medicine teaching in ordinary college has good effect.
