血涂片分析在血常规检验中的重要性

The Importance of Blood Smear Analysis in Routine Blood Test

目的探讨血涂片分析在血常规检验中的临床价值。方法本院将2014年1月~2015年1月采集的98例血样标本,先后进行全自动血细胞分析仪检查、血常规检查,评估两种方法的检查结果。结果血细胞分析仪检查结果显示,正常标本和异常标本分别有68例、30例;血涂片检查结果显示,正常标本、异常标本分别为80例、18例,假阴性率为4.41%,假阳性率为50.00%,两种方法在正常标本和异常标本检出率方面,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在血常规检查中应用血涂片分析,能够降低误诊率和漏诊率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of blood smear analysis in routine blood test. Methods 98 cases were collected during the period of blood specimen in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, fully automatic blood cell analyzer examination and routine blood examination were conducted, the results of the two methods were evaluated. Results The blood cell analyzer test results showed that the normal and abnormal specimens were respectively in 68 patients and 30 cases. Blood smears, according to the results of specimens of normal and abnormal specimen of 80 cases and 18 cases respectively, and the false negative rate was 4.41%, false positive rate was 50.00%, the two methods in terms of normal and abnormal specimen detection rate, the difference had statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of blood smear analysis in the blood routine examination can reduce the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis.
