实时三维超声心动图评价室间隔缺损封堵术对左室功能及其收缩同步性的影响

Effects of Real-time Three-dimensional Echocardiography Evaluation of Ventricular Septal Defect Closure on Left Ventricular Function and Its Systolic Synchronicity

目的分析实时三维超声心动图评价室间隔缺损封堵术对左室功能及其收缩同步性的影响。方法选取我院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的室间隔缺损患者50例作为研究对象,均行室间隔缺损封堵术治疗,分别在术前及术后不同时间对其实施实时三维超声心动图检查,并记录其左室功能相关指标变化情况及收缩同步性,另取同期接受体检的50例健康人作为对照,行相同检查,比较两组受检者的检查结果。结果比较两组受检者的左室功能相关指标,可见治疗前,所有患者的舒张末容积、收缩末容积、射血分数均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后3 d,各项指标与术前相比显著下降,术后半年,则各项指标基本恢复至正常水平,与健康对照组的比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。术前及术后不同时间,患者的收缩同步性相关指标变化不大,与健康对照组的比较差异也均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用实时三维超声心动图检查可以对室间隔缺损封堵术前后患者的左室功能、收缩同步性等进行评价,并判断治疗的效果及安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of real-time three-dimensional echo cardiography of ventricular defect closure on left ventricular function and systolic synchronicity. Methods Selected 50 patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 which were ventricular septal defect. Gave treatment of ventricular septal defect in blocking at different time on the preoperative and postoperative implement real-time three-dimensional echocardiography. Recorded the related parameters of left ventricular function and changes of systolic synchronicity. Another 50 cases were healthy people under control. Made the same check, compared two groups of the examination results. Results Compared two groups of left ventricular function indicators visible before the treatment, all patients were enddiastolic volume. At the end of contraction, their volume and ejection fraction were significantly higher than those of control group. There was significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Three days after treatment, compared the indicators declined with the preoperative half year, the indicators were basically recovered to normal levels. Compared with the healthy control group, there was no significant difference（P〈0. 05）. At different time, preoperative and postoperative patients with systolic synchronicity related little index changed, the healthy control group also had no difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional echo cardiography to left ventricular function in patients with ventricular septal defect after blocking preoperative is systolic synchronicity, it can assess the effect of treatment and safety.
