婴儿麻醉中喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉的应用价值对比

Value Contrast Analysis of Baby Anesthesia in the Application of Laryngeal Mask Anesthesia and Endotracheal Intubation Anesthesia

目的探讨在实施婴儿麻醉中,喉罩麻醉以及气管插管麻醉的临床应用效果对比。方法选择我院2013年9月~2015年9月麻醉患儿110例。通过抽签法完成所有麻醉患儿的随机分组。分别选择D1组（观察组55例）以及D2组（对照组55例）表示两组麻醉患儿的组别名称。D1组：选择喉罩麻醉的方法;D2组：选择气管插管的方法;比较所有患儿麻醉效果。结果所有麻醉患儿完成临床麻醉后,同D2组患儿进行比较,D1组表现出明显优势（P〈0.05）。结论针对患儿在实施临床麻醉的过程中选择喉罩麻醉的方法,表现出无创性的优点,患儿出现并发症的概率较低,对患儿造成的损伤较小。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of laryngeal mask anesthesia and endotracheal intubation anesthesia in the implementation of infant anesthesia. Methods 110 cases of anesthesia in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected and grouped with random method. Group D1（observation group, 55 cases） and D2 group（control group, 55 cases） were selected to represent two groups of children. Group D1： the method of selecting laryngeal mask anesthesia, D2 group： the method of selecting endotracheal intubation, and compared the effect of anesthesia in all children. Results After clinical anesthesia, compared with D2 group, D1 group showed obvious advantages（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the process of the implementation of clinical anesthesia, laryngeal mask anesthesia method shows the advantages of non- invasive, children have low probability of complications, resulting in less damage.
