皮瓣移植修复手外伤组织缺损的临床研究

Clinical Research on Skin Flap Transplantation to Repair Hand Traumatic Tissue Defect After Trauma

目的分析皮瓣移植在手外伤后软组织缺损的治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2104年5月~2015年5月我院接收的手外伤后软组织缺损患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组采用皮瓣移植手术进行治疗,对照组采用常规的手术进行缝合治疗或者游离植皮,分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为97.5%,外形恢复满意度为82.5%,高于对照组的77.5%、67.5%（P〈0.05）。结论皮瓣移植手术的感染率低、影响区域小,在手外伤后软组织缺损的治疗中具良好的临床效果。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of flap transplantation in the treatment of traumatic soft tissue defects. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 80 cases of patients with hand injury of soft tissue defect were treated in our hospital, randomly divided them into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, observation group was treated with skin flap transplantation, control group was treated with conventional treatment, analysed therapeutic effect in two groups. Results Te total effective rate in treatment group was 97.5%, shape recovery degree of satisfaction was 82.5%, significantly higher than that of control group which were 77.5%, 67.5%（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Flap transplant has low infection rate and small area of influence in the treatment of traumatic soft tissue defect after trauma.
