超声引导下穿刺引流冲洗术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的疗效研究

Research on the Efficacy of Plasma Cell Mastitis Ultrasoundguided Puncture and Drainage Lavage

目的探讨超声引导下穿刺引流冲洗术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院2012年10月~2014年12月收治的浆细胞性乳腺炎乳腺患者68例,按治疗方法不同分为实验组（超声引导下穿刺引流冲洗术治疗病例）和对照组（切开引流治疗病例）,所有病例均已经病理证实,对比两组病例的疼痛缓解情况、治疗后乳房外形改变情况、治疗后瘢痕大小、住院时间、术后一年复发率等临床相关资料。结果实验组治疗后乳房外形改变、住院时间小于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,实验组疼痛缓解情况优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,实验组术后一年复发率情况两组比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论应用超声引导下穿刺引流冲洗术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎,具有缩短患者住院时间、减轻患者痛苦、术后瘢痕较小、乳房外形改变较小、美容效果好等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasoundguided percutaneous drainage lavage treatment of plasma cell mastitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 68 patients with plasma cell mastitis in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2014, according to the different treatment methods divided them into experimental group（ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage lavage treatment） and control group（incision and drainage treatment）, all patients were already pathologically confirmed, compared pain relief after treatment in two groups, breast shape change in circumstances, after treatment, scar size, length of stay, postoperative year recurrence rate of clinically relevant data in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, breast shape change, hospitalization time in experimental group were less than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0. 01）, pain relief in the experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）, after one year recurrence rate in the two groups showed no significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage lavage treatment for plasma cell mastitis can lead to shorter hospitalization time, relieving of the suffering, less scar in breast and good cosmetic effect.
