椎间盘源性腰痛侧后路经椎间孔镜治疗的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析椎间盘源性腰痛侧后路经椎间孔镜的临床治疗。方法选取2014年7月~2015年7月于我院接受治疗的椎间盘源性腰痛患者50例,对其采用侧后路经椎间孔镜下椎间盘髓核摘除治疗,观察分析治疗前后的7个月内的VAS的评分变化以及患者术后7个月的MacNab评分。结果术后腰疼的VAS评分小于术前的评分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。依据MacNab评分标准,术后7个月内22例优,24例良,2例可,其优良率为96.0%(48/50)。结论侧后路经椎间孔镜对椎间盘源性腰痛患者进行治疗,并发症小。 Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of discogenic back pain treated with posterior transforaminal endoscopic therapy. Methods From July 2014 to July 2015, 50 patients with discogenic low back pain in our hospital for the treatment were selected. They were treated with posterior transforaminal endoscopic therapy for intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus removal, observed and analysed VAS score changes seven months before and after the treatment, and Mac Nab score after 7 months. Results The postoperative pain score of VAS was significantly less than the preoperative score, the difference was significant(P〈0. 05). According to the Mac Nab score standard, 7 cases were excellent in 22 months after operation, 24 cases were good, 2 cases were good, the excellent and good rate was 96%(48/50). Conclusion For discogenic low back pain patients, treated by posterior transforaminal endoscopic therapy has less complications.
