摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗胃癌的临床效果。方法随机选取我院诊治的120例胃癌患者为研究病例,随机分成对照组(开腹胃癌根治术)和观察组(腹腔镜胃癌根治术)各60例,对比两组围手术期相关指标和生存情况。结果观察组术中出血量、排气时间、术后住院时间低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;两组间术后2年无瘤生存率相仿,P>0.05,不存在统计学差异。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术具有出血少、术后恢复快等优点,是胃癌较为安全可靠的根治性治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods 120 patients with gastric cancer were randomly selected in our hospital as study objects. They were randomly divided into control group（conventional radical gastrectomy for cancer） and observation group（laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for cancer）, there were 60 cases in each group. The parameters and survival rates were compared in two groups during the perioperative period. Results In observation group, the amount of bleeding, exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay were significantly lower than the control group, P〈0. 05, the differences were significant, after 2 years of surgery in two groups, the without cancer survival rate was similar, P〈0. 05, there was no significant difference. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has the advantages of less bleeding and quick recovery. It is a safe and reliable radical treatment for gastric cancer.
