观察小切口医用生物胶封堵肛瘘的临床效果

Clinical Effect Observation of Small Incision Medical Biological Gel in Blocking Anal Fistula

目的观察分析小切口医用生物胶封堵肛瘘的临床效果。方法选取本院2014年2月~2015年5月收治的60例肛瘘患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用传统切开挂线术治疗,观察组患者采用小切口医用生物胶封堵肛瘘治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果经过一段时间的治疗,统计发现显效：对照组23例（76.67%）,观察组30例（100%）;无效：对照组7例（23.33%）,观察组无。观察组优于对照组。结论小切口医用生物胶封堵肛瘘效果显著。

Objective To observe the analysis of the clinical effect of small incision medical biological gel blocking anal fistula. Methods 60 patients with anal fistula were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and control group were treated by traditional incision for the treatment of hanging line, the observation group were treated by small incision medical biological glue sealing anal fistula treatment, to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results After a period of treatment, effect in 23 cases of control group（76.67%）, 30 cases in the observation group（100%）. Invalid in 7 cases of the control group（23.33%）, none in the observation group. Data in observation group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Effect of small incision surgical anal fistula biological glue is significant.
