微创技术治疗复杂型膝关节周围骨折的临床体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析微创技术治疗复杂型膝关节周围骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的36例复杂型膝关节周围骨折患者临床资料,均采用微创复位LISS钢板内固定治疗。结果 36例患者均为一期愈合,平均随访时间为(14±0.5)个月;平均手术时间为(10.0±1.4)min,手术切口均为多个小切口共8~10 cm,术中无输血,出血量平均150 ml。骨折全部愈合,现已全部康复出院。结论复杂型膝关节周围骨折应用微创复位LISS钢板内固定进行治疗,疗效确切,且具有创伤小、骨愈合率高、并发症发生率低、功能恢复迅速等优势。 Objective Analyse minimally invasive technology in the treatment of complex proximal knee joint fracture. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data about 36 cases of patients with complex knee fractures who used in minimally invasive reduction and LISS plate fixation. Results 36 patients had first intention. Average followup time was(14 ± 0.5) months; mean operative time was(10.0±1.4) min, surgical incisions were multiple small incisions which were altogether 8 to 10 cm, there was no intraoperative blood transfusion, the average amount of bleeding was 150 ml. All the fractures healed and finally fully recovered. Conclusion For complex proximal knee joint fracture, LISS plate fixation has efficacy and less trauma, and has advantages of high bone healing rate, low complication rate and rapid functional recovery.
