探讨带关节微型固定支架在手部关节骨折治疗中的应用

The Application of the Miniature Fixed Stent in the Treatment of the Fracture of the Hand Joint

目的探讨带关节微型固定支架在手部关节骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法我院收治手部关节骨折患者30例,以克氏针联合带关节微型固定支架对患者进行治疗,回顾分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果对患者进行3个月随访,患者骨折平均时间为(8.3±1.2)周;以TAM指标评价患者的手指功能,优、良、可、差例数分别为18例、7例、5例、0例,治疗优良率为83.3%(25/30)。结论带关节微型固定支架在手部关节骨折治疗中应用效果显著,促进患者手部功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of micro fixator in the treatment of hand fracture. Methods 30 cases of patients with hand joint fractures were treated in our hospital with Kirschner wire combined with micro joint fixation, reviewed analysis the patient＇s clinical curative effect. Results Patients were followed up for 3 months, fracture average time were（8.3±1.2） weeks, Tam evaluation indexes in patients with finger function, excellent, good, fair, poor results were 18 cases, 7 cases, 5 cases, 0 case, and the excellent and good rate was 83.3%（25/30）. Conclusion Micro joint fixation in hand joint fracture treatment has significant effect and can promote the recovery of hand function of patients.
