新辅助化疗对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果研究

Research on Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Treatment of Ⅲ Stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的研究Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌采用新辅助化疗的效果。方法对26例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者行新辅助化疗,采用吉西他滨+顺铂方案。并与行常规手术治疗的26例患者进行对比分析。结果行吉西他滨+顺铂方案治疗的26例患者生存率以及手术有效率均高于常规手术治疗的患者,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者行新辅助化疗能够提高手术的效果,优于常规手术治疗。

Objective To study the the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for Ⅲ stage non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 26 patients of Ⅲ phase line non-small cell carcinoma received neoadjuvant chemotherapy of gemcitabine and cisplatin. And 26 patients were treated with routine surgery. Results The survival of 26 patients who received gemcitabine and cisplatin regimen were higher than 26 patients who received conventional surgical treatment, there was significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Ⅲ stage small cell lung cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy can improve the effect of surgery, is superior to the conventional surgery.
