PDCA循环管理法在我院抗菌药物管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Management Method in Hospital Antibacterials Management

目的对PDCA循环管理法在抗菌药物管理中的应用效果进行分析探讨。方法以我院2014年9月~2015年8月实施管理后随机抽取的110名患者作为观察组研究对象,以2013年9月~2014年8月实施管理前随机抽取的110名患者作为对照组研究对象,对比两组患者抗菌药物使用的管理效果。结果观察组患者抗菌药物使用率及I类切口手术抗菌药物的使用率低于对照组,治疗用抗菌药物病原微生物的送检率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在医院抗菌药物管理过程中加强PDCA循环管理法有利于加强抗菌药物的合理使用,是抗菌药物的有效管理方法。

Objective Application of PDCA cycle management in antimicrobial management is discussed. Methods From September 2014 to August 2015, after the implementation of antimicrobial management in our hospital, 110 patients were taken as observation group, from September 2013 to August 2014, before the implementation of antimicrobial management, 110 patients were taken as control group, compared management effectiveness in two groups. Results Usage of antibiotics and type I antimicrobial agents incision surgery in observation group were lower than the control group, antimicrobial agents submission rate was higher than pathogenic microorganisms（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Strengthening PDCA cycle of antibiotics in hospital management process will help strengthen the rational use of antibiotics, it is an effective management of antimicrobial agents.
