摘要
目的探讨针灸治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年10月~2015年6月收治的三叉神经痛患者82例,按入院先后顺序分别对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医针灸治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的73.17%;且观察组不良反应发生率为7.32%,低于对照组的24.39%,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸治疗三叉神经痛的效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods From October 2013 to June 2015, 82 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated in our hospital, according to the order of admission we divided them into control group and observation group. Control group was treated with conventional western medicine, treatment group was treated with acupuncture. Results The effective rate was 97.56% in observation group, higher than control group（73.17%）, and adverse reaction rate in observation group was 7.32%, lower than the control group（24.39%）,there was significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is significantly high.
