摘要
目的探讨温阳化瘀法治疗阳虚血瘀型特发性肺间质纤维化的疗效。方法 80例辨证为阳虚血瘀型的特发性肺间质纤维化患者,随机分为对照组予乙酰半胱氨酸片0.6 g Tid,治疗组在对照组基础上加用温阳化瘀方日1剂,两组患者以治疗1个月为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较治疗前后两组患者综合临床疗效、中医证候积分、肺功能。结果治疗结束后,治疗组在综合临床疗效判断、中医证候积分、肺功能方面均有明显改善,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论温阳化瘀法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化能改善患者临床症状、改善患者DLCO,改善运动耐力,提高患者肺功能。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Wenyang Huayu methods on patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods Total 80 ulmonary fibrosis patients belong to Yangxu Xueyu were randomly assigned into 2 groups. Both groups were given acetylcysteine 0.6 g Tid. The patients in treatment group were given Wenyang Huayu Chinesemedicine. The treatment course was 10 days and the experiment prolonged for 3 courses. The Comprehensive clinical curative effect judgment, TCM syndrome integral, Lung function were compared between groups before and after treatment. Results The Comprehensive clinical curative effect judgment, TCM syndrome integral, Lung function in treatment group were significantly better than that in control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There was curative effect of Wenyang Huayu Method in treating patients with idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis by improving clinical symptoms, DLCO and lung function of patients.
