摘要
目的分析加味真武汤治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法收集充血性心力衰竭患者66例,随机分为对照组(常规治疗)与观察组(常规治疗+加味真武汤),对比患者症状及心功能改善情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味真武汤治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of Jiawei Zhenwu decoction in treatment of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods 66 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into control group（conventional therapy） and observation group（conventional therapy ＋ Jiawei Zhenwu decoction）, compared symptoms and heart function improvement in two groups. Results The total efficiency in observation group was higher than the control group after treatment, symptom scores was lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical effect of Jiawei Zhenwu decoction in patients with congestive heart failure is significant.
