宫颈消糜散配合中药内服治疗宫颈糜烂

Chinese Medicine and Cervical Dispersant in Treatment of Cervical Erosion

目的探讨治疗宫颈糜烂时应用宫颈消糜散联合中药内服的临床效果。方法从2014年7月~2015年12月我院妇科门诊治疗宫颈糜烂的患者中选出253例,将其分为两个实验组,其中一组126例,单纯采用宫颈消糜散治疗;另外一组共127例,采用宫颈消糜散联合中药内服治疗。另外在同时间选择42例患者采用爱宝疗进行治疗,作为对照组。记录三组患者不同程度病情的治疗效果。结果采用爱宝疗治疗（对照组）的轻度糜烂患者治疗总有效率为73.3%、中度为64.28%、重度为46.2%;单纯采用宫颈消糜散的轻度患者治疗总有效率为68.2%、中度为61.9%、重度为37.5%;采用宫颈消糜散联合中药内服的轻度患者治疗总有效率为81.8%、中度为69.8%、重度为47.5%。说明宫颈消糜散联合中药内服治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效优于对照组和单纯用药,各组数据差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用宫颈消糜散联合中药内服治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效明显,可减轻患者病痛。

Objective To explore the application of cervix dispersant combined and Chinese medicine in treatment of cervical erosion. Methods From July 2014 to December 2015, 253 cases of cervical erosion patients in our hospital were choose and divided into two group, one group of 126 cases, simple received cervical dispersion treatment. Another group of 127 cases, received cervical dispersant combined with TCM internal treatment. And at the same time, chose 42 patients who received abro therapy treatment as control group. Recorded treatment effect in three groups. Results The total effective rate in patients who received Abro therapy treatment（control group）with mild erosion was 73.3%, moderate（64.28%）, severe（46.2%）. For patients with mild erosion who received cervical dispersant treatment, the total effective rate was 68.2%, moderate（61.9%）, severe（37.5%）. For patients with mild erosion who received cervical dispersant combined TCM internal and treatment, the total effective rate was 81.8%, moderate（69.8%）, severe（47.5%）. The curative effect of cervical dispersant combined with TCM internal and cervical erosion was better than the control group and simple drug group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of cervical dispersant combined with TCM in treatment of cervical erosion is good and can reduce the patients pain.
