我院2012～2014年中药注射剂应用情况调查探讨

Investigation on the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in our Hospital From 2012 to 2014

目的分析我院2012~2014年中药注射剂的使用情况。方法调取我院2012~2014年中药注射剂的使用记录,分析药物应用情况。结果 2012~2014年我院中药注射剂使用频率最高的药物丹参注射剂（1 185次）,中药注射剂使用合格率96.7%,超频次使用中药注射剂的现象仍然存在。同时我院2013~2014年使用中药注射剂的病区涵盖58个,整体中药注射剂使用频率56.9%,使用频率最高的病区依次为肿瘤科、急诊科以及神经内科。结论依据中药注射剂的用法用量、使用病区以及使用强度和频率等评定我院2012~0214年中药注射剂的合理性具有良好的效果,我院中药注射剂的使用仍然存在诸多缺点需要改进。

Objective To analyze the use of Chinese medicine injections in our hospital during 2012~2014. Methods Selected Traditional Chinese medicine injections use records in our hospital during 2012~2014, analysed the use of drugs. Results During 2012~2014, in the use of Chinese medicine injection, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection had the highest frequency（1 185 times）, the pass rate of Chinese medicine injections was 96.7%, overclocking of use traditional Chinese medicine injections still existed. At the same time, the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital durin 2013~2014 covered 58 wards, the overall use of Chinese medicine injections frequency rate was 56.9%, oncology ward, emergency department and Department of internal medicine had highest frequency. Conclusion The evaluation on usage of Traditional Chinese medicine injections, and use intensity and frequency in our hospital during 2012~2014 about Chinese medicine injection rationality has good effect, the use of traditional Chinese medicine still has many shortcomings need improvement in our hospital.
