儿科应用微量注射泵的常见问题及护理方式研究

Common Problems and Nursing for Trace Injection Pump in Pediatric Department

目的分析儿科应用微量注射泵的常见问题,研究针对性护理方式。方法选取2012年3月~2015年8月我院儿科收治的150例应用微量注射泵治疗的患儿作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结微量注射泵应用过程中出现的问题,探讨科学合理的护理对策。结果 150例患儿中,液体外渗45例（30.0%）,微量泵速率调节错误32例（21.3%）,护理人员操作不当28例（18.7%）,留置针脱出血管20例（13.3%）,针头阻塞与静脉回血15例（10.0%）,泵用延长管脱落10例（6.7%）。结论明确儿科应用微量注射泵的常见问题,制定切实可行的护理对策,有利于提高患儿家长的满意度和信任度,保障微量泵注射的安全可靠性。

Objective Analysis the common problems and nursing mode for trace injection pump in pediatrics department. Methods From March 2012 to August 2015, 150 cases were admitted to our hospital, summarized the problems arising from the trace injection pump application, explored the nursing countermeasures. Results Among the 150 cases, fluid extravasation in 45 cases（30.0%）, micro pump rate adjustment error in 32 cases（21.3%）, improper operation nursing in 28 patients（18.7%）, needle out blood vessels in 20 cases（13.3%）, needle blocking and venous in 15 cases（10.0%）, pump with extension tube falls off in 10 cases（6.7%）. Conclusion Clearing the common problems in application of trace injection pump, making pediatrics nursing countermeasures can improve the safety and reliability of the micro pump injection.
