摘要
目的探讨优质护理模式在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年6月~2014年6月收治的60例晚期肿瘤患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。观察组优质护理模式,对照组常规护理模式,对比护理前后两组患者疼痛改善情况、护理满意度及生活质量情况。结果护理后观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理满意度、生活质量评分（QOL评分）均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理模式在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用效果显著。
Objective Explore the effect of high quality nursing in patients with advanced cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced cancer treated from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group and 30 cases in each group.Observation group adopted high quality nursing model and control group adopted conventional nursing mode, compared with the two groups of patients with pain improvement, nursing satisfaction and quality of life. Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）, and the nursing satisfaction, quality of life score（QOL score）that was higher than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in patients with advanced cancer is remarkable.
