摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在癌症晚期患者的临终关怀中的应用。方法选取2013年2月~2015年2月我院治疗住院超过30天并且死亡的癌症晚期患者有90例,并随机分为两组,观察组的患者进行优质的护理服务,对照组则实行常规护理。然后比较两组患者的生存质量。结果临终关怀1个月之后,观察组患者的认知功能、情绪功能、躯体功能以及整体生活质量均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的护理满意度为72.6%,高于对照组的31.8%。结论对癌症晚期患者实施优质的临终关怀能提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing service on hospice care of patients with terminal stages of cancer. Methods 90 patients with terminal stages of cancer were randomly divided, who were treated in our hospital more than 30 days and died from February 2013 to February 2015 into two groups. Treated the patients in observation group with high quality nursing service and to the patients in control group treated with routine nursing. The patients quality of life were compared. Results The cognitive function, emotional functioning, physical function and global quality of life of the patients in observation group were apparently higher than that of control group（P〈0. 05）. After one month of hospice care. The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was 72.6%, it was apparently higher than that of control group 31.8%. Conclusion High quality of hospice care on patients with terminal stages of cancer can enhance their quality of life obviously.
