优质护理在降低上消化道出血风险中的应用价值

The Application Value of High Quality Nursing in Reducing the Risk of Upper Digestive Tract Bleeding

目的探讨优质护理干预在降低上消化道出血患者临床风险中的应用价值。方法筛选2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的上消化道出血患者88例,作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为护理组与对照组,每组44例,其中对照组患者行常规消化内科护理干预措施,护理组患者接受临床优质护理干预,比较两组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁情况,并记录干预后上消化道出血次数及出血量。结果护理组患者干预后SDS、SAS评分优于对照组,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义;护理组患者入院后呕血次数及呕血量低于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对上消化道出血患者施行优质护理干预可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁心理,并对降低患者呕血次数及呕血量具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the application of quality care in upper digestive tract bleeding. Methods 88 cases of upper digestive tract hemorrhage from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research object. Randomly divided into nursing group and control group, the control group received routine nursing intervention, the nursing group received high quality nursing, compared with two groups of anxiety, depression and the number of bleeding and bleeding. Results The SDS and SAS scores in the nursing group were significantly better than those in the control group, P〈0. 05, and the number of hemoptysis in the nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P〈0. 05. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhages.
