一次性吸痰管在溃疡性结肠炎灌肠中的护理应用

Nursing Application of Disposable Sputum Suction Tube in Ulcerative Colitis Enema

目的观察一次性吸痰管在溃疡性结肠炎灌肠治疗过程中护理干预效果。方法选取本院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的52例溃疡性结肠炎灌肠患者作为研究对象,为患者应用一次性吸痰管,并且对患者实施全面的护理干预,观察52例患者的临床治疗效果。结果52例患者中,22例显效,显效率为42.3%,29例有效,有效率为55.8%,1例无效,无效率为1.9%,治疗总有效率为98.1%。结论在溃疡性结肠炎灌肠中应用一次性吸痰管,并且采取护理干预,具有显著的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention of disposable sputum suction tube in process of enema treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 52 patients with ulcerative colitis enema were taken as the research object, all of them received disposable sputum suction tube and comprehensive nursing intervention, observed the clinical therapeutic effect of 52 patients. Results In the 52 patients, 22 cases were very effective, the very efficiency rate was 42.3%, 29 cases were effective, the effective rate was 55.8%, 1 case was invalid, the none efficiency was 1.9%, the total effective rate was 98.1%. Conclusion The application of ulcerative colitis enema disposable sputum suction tube and nursing intervention has significant therapeutic effect.
