24例输尿管结石患者行钬激光碎石术治疗的护理

Nursing of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Treatment of 24 Cases of Ureteral Calculi Patients

目的总结输尿管结石患者行钬激光碎石术围手术期的护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院24例输尿管结石患者行钬激光碎石术围手术期的护理过程,总结护理经验。结果 24例患者中有22例患者顺利完成手术,一次碎石成功率为91.66%。1例患者在碎石过程中上移至肾脏,经ESWL治疗后好转。术后,1例患者出现轻度发热,22例患者出现肉眼血尿,经对症治疗后症状消失。患者手术时长为(57.1±14.9)min,住院时长为(10±2.5)d。术后8周随访,23例患者结石排净,结石排净率为95.83%,肾积水明显减少或消失。结论钬激光碎石术逐渐取代了以往的手术治疗方法。在医院工作中应尽快改进护理工作,促进患者早日恢复。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing methods for ureteral calculi patients with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed perioperative nursing process for 24 cases of ureteral calculi patients with holmium laser lithotripsy. Results 22 patients were successfully completed surgery, the success rate of 91.66%. 1 patients got rubble upward to the kidney in surgery process and turned better after ESWL treatment. After surgery, 1 case of patients got mild fever, 22 patients presented macroscopic haematuria and symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment. The operation time was（57.1±14.9） min, hospitalization time was about（10±2.5） d. Postoperative follow-up for 8 weeks, 23 cases had net calculus, stone row of net rate was 95.83%, kidney seeper significantly reduced or disappeared. Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy gradually replace the previous surgical treatment method. Nursing work should improve to promote patients recover.
