摘要通过对比研究低温高压差、煎煮、渗漉、超声以及酶法提取抗敏中药复方的效果,以复方多糖为指标进行评价,结果显示低温高压差提取率最高、用时最短。同时,优化了低温高压差的提取工艺参数,在压差变化范围-0.1-50.0 m Pa、温度20-35℃条件下提取1次,有效成分提取率达100%。说明在中药水溶性成分提取中,采用低温高压差技术具有明显的优势。
