BiPAP无创呼吸机联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of BiPAP Combined with Respiratory Stimulant Treatment of COPD with Respiratory Failure in Patients with Ⅱ Type Respiratory Failure

目的探讨Bi PAP无创呼吸机联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年4月至2015年4月阜新市中心医院收治的88例COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数字双盲法将其分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组患者应用呼吸兴奋剂进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用Bi PAP无创呼吸机进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Bi PAP无创呼吸机联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者临床疗效明显,能有效改善患者的呼吸功能。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Bi PAP combined with respiratory stimulant treatment of COPDwith respiratory failure in patients with Ⅱ type respiratory failure.Methods Choose from April 2014 to April 2015, Fuxin Central Hospital treated 88 cases of COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients as research subjects, double-blind randomly divided into observation group and control group,44 cases.In the control group patients respiratory stimulant treatment,the observation group were treated with noninvasive clinical efficacy Bi PAP ventilator treatment,two groups were compared on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Bi PAP noninvasive ventilator combined with respiratory stimulant treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure in patients with Ⅱ clinical efficacy significantly,can effectively improve the patient＇s respiratory function.
