手术治疗脑肿瘤出血患者的临床效果及安全性

Surgical Treatment of Patients with Brain Tumor Hemorrhage Clinical Efficacy and Safety

目的探讨手术治疗脑肿瘤出血患者的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月沈阳医学院附属中心医院收治的63例脑肿瘤出血患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(33例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者给予传统药物治疗,观察组患者接受手术切除治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论手术治疗脑肿瘤出血患者临床效果明显,复发率和不良反应发生率低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of surgical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,63 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group（33 cases） and control group（30 cases） by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional medicine,the observation group received surgical resection,compared with the clinical efficacy, recurrence and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）,the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,thedifference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of surgical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients is obvious,the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions are low..
