小豆窄叶矮秆突变体的遗传学分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究EMS诱变"京农6"得到的小豆窄叶、矮秆突变体(NLD)的遗传行为,选用小豆DR029×NLD杂交组合,对亲本和F2分离群体中个体的株高和叶形进行调查统计,发现小豆突变体的窄叶矮秆性状是由单基因控制的隐性性状,为孟德尔遗传。对株高、茎粗、主茎节数、主茎分枝数、单株荚数、荚长、荚宽、单荚粒数、单株粒数、百粒重、单株产量共11个性状进行相关性调查统计,结果表明各性状间显著相关;其中株高、茎粗、荚长、单株荚数、单株粒数、单株产量的广义遗传力达到90%以上,可作为小豆杂交育种早代选育的重点考察指标。 A narrow-leaf/dwarf mutant was originated from adzuki bean cultivar 'Jingn6' by EMS mutagenesis,named NLD.The F2 segregating population from the cross DR029×NLD was used for genetic analysis,the results showed that narrow-leaf/dwarf traits were controlled by a single recessive gene,which followed Mendelian inheritance.Eleven individual plant characters,such as plant height,stem diameter,main stem nodes,number of branches on main stem,pods per plant,pod length,pod width,seeds per pod,seeds per plant,100-seed weight,grain yield per plant were investigated,the results showed that all the traits were significantly correlated to each other.The broad-sense heritability of plant height,stem thickness,pod length,pods per plant,seeds per plant and grain yield per plant were more than 90%,which indicated that the early-generation selection could be available.
