摘要
该实验以火鹤品种‘粉冠军’为材料,研究不同浓度的培养液对火鹤幼苗与成苗生长影响,以期获得最适营养液,为火鹤工厂化生产提供理论依据。结果表明:经培养液B(114.357g/L NH4NO3 50.326g/L NaH2PO4·2H2O,89.369g/L K2SO4,405.728g/L MgSO4·7H2O,210.220g/L CaCl2·2H2O,3.010g/L H3BO3,31.190g/L Na2Fe-EDTA,2.170g/L MnSO4·5H2O,0.024g/L Na2MoO4·2H2O,0.075g/L CuSO4·5H2O,0.201g/L ZnSO4·7H2O)处理的火鹤幼苗生长优于其他配方,但对成苗生长没有显著影响。
In this study,the effects of different nutrient solutions on the growth of Anthurium scherzerianum'Pink Champion'seedlings were investigated,and some physiological indexes were also measured to select the optimal nutrient solution,providing the theoretical basis for factory production.The results showed that the growth of the seedlings treated with the nutrient solution B containing 114.357g/L NH4NO3,50.326g/L NaH2PO42H2 O,89.369g/L K2SO4,405.728g/L MgSO47H2 O,210.220g/L CaCl22H2 O,3.010g/L H3BO3,31.190g/L Na2Fe-EDTA,2.170g/L MnSO4·5H2O,0.024g/L Na2MoO4·2H2O,0.075g/L CuSO4·5H2O,0.201g/L ZnSO4·7H2O was better than other nutrient solutions,which did not influence the growth of adult-plants significantly.
