摘要
以北京地区引种的‘桑格利亚’、‘展望玫红’、‘展望淡紫’为试验材料,测定其光合特性,探明光合特性与引种栽培地区生理生态因子的关系。结果表明:(1)3个一串红品种的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度的日变化均呈现单峰曲线。在全光照下,‘展望淡紫’在引种地的光合能力、蒸腾速率相对较强,‘展望玫红’在引种地光合能力、蒸腾速率相对较弱。(2)3个一串红品种均为阳生植物,其中‘展望淡紫’对光的生态适应范围相对较广,能够适应多种光照环境,‘展望玫红’对光的生态适应范围相对较窄。(3)气孔导度、蒸腾速率、光合有效辐射是影响‘桑格利亚’净光合速率的主要因子;光合有效辐射是影响‘展望玫红’净光合速率主要的因子;气孔导度、光合有效辐射是影响‘展望淡紫’净光合速率的主要因子。通过对光合指标综合分析可知,3个引进一串红品种都能够适应北京地区的光环境,适宜在北京地区种植。
In this study,the photosynthetic characterics of three introduced varieties of Salvia splendens including ‘Sangge Liya',‘Vista Rose',and‘Vista Lavender'in Beijing were measured,then the relationship between photosynthetic characterics and physio-ecological factors in introducing region was analyzed.The results were showed that:(1)The diurnal variation patterns of Pn,Tr,and Gs of these three varieties showed one-peaked curve.In introducing region,the‘Vista Lavender'variety exhibited high photosynthetic capacity and transpiration rate,and the photosynthetic capacity and transpiration rate of‘Vista Rose'variety were relatively low;(2)Three varieties were sun plants,and the‘Vista Lavender'variety showed a wide-range light adaptation,so could adapt to various light environments,but the‘Vista Rose'had a narrow-range light adaptation.(3)Gs,Tr,and PAR were the main factors to influence the photosynthetic rate of‘Sangge liya';PAR was the main factor to influence the photosynthetic rate of‘Vista Rose';Gs and PAR were the main factors to influence the photosynthetic rate of‘Vista Lavender'.Based on the comprehensive analysis on photosynthetic characterics,these three varieties could adapt to lightenvironment in Beijing area,suitable for planting in Beijing.
