摘要
以中国农业大学"科技小院"建设及其农技推广模式为例,研究其建设思路、运行机制及推广成果,发现大学作为农技推广"多元主体"的"一元",是政府农技推广体系的有益补充与自然延伸,大学为主体的农技推广模式对于突破"最后一公里"障碍,维护中国农技推广体系的可持续发展启发深刻:问题导向的农技推广理念与应用型复合型研究生培养理念的更新与结合;进驻"科技小院",以实现零距离农技推广;将"政学研用产"相结合,保证农技推广的可持续性。
The objective of this study is the Science and Technology Courtyard(STC)of China Agricultural University.By introducing the establishing process including construction conception,operating mechanism,and agricultural technology extension achievements of the STC,the authors find that universities are useful supplements and natural stretch of government-dominated agricultural technology extension system.It has profound implications for removing 'the last 1Mile's' obstacle and maintaining the sustainable development:the conceptions of problem-oriented agricultural extension and culturing application-based compound-type graduate students should be updated and combined,being rooted in the STC is helpful for professors and students to extending agricultural technology at ' Zero distance' with farmers, ' Government-University-Scientific ResearchRegulations-Production' should be organically integrated,and the sustainability of extension practices should be ensured.
