摘要
【目的】旨在探讨提高中国鸡肉食品竞争力的对策。【方法】应用描述统计和计算竞争力指标。【结果】中国的鸡肉出口竞争力较弱的主要影响因素有,明显处于劣势的贸易价格和生产成本,人民币不断升值,疫病和药物残留。【结论】中国需要通过提高鸡肉生产集约化程度,发展鸡肉深加工产业,加强疫病和药物残留防控能力,抵制和反击各种贸易保护主义和倾销行为,增强鸡肉贸易国际竞争力。
【Objective】This paper aims to explore effective measures to improve the competitiveness of chicken food in China using methods of descriptive statistics and calculating competitiveness indicators.【Result】The paper shows that the low export competitiveness of chicken food in China results from price disadvantage,unreasonable production costs,continuous appreciation of the Renminbi,and epidemic diseases and drug residues.【Conclusion】The authors propose measures to improve the competitiveness of chicken food in China such as promoting the intensive production of chicken,developing deep-processed chicken industry,strengthening the ability to prevent and control disease and drug residues,and resisting and fighting against all kinds of trade protection and dumping.
