摘要 本试验旨在通过在泌乳中期奶牛全混合日粮中添加包被甜菜碱,研究其对泌乳中期奶牛产奶性能及血清生化指标的影响。根据年龄、胎次、产奶量、泌乳期相近的原则选择30头泌乳中期奶牛,随机分为3组,每组10头,分别为对照组、试验I组和试验II组,在相同的条件下饲养。对照组饲喂牛场原配方配制的全混合日粮,试验I组和试验II组在此基础上分别添加6g/(头·d)和12g/(头·d)包被甜菜碱。结果表明,试验I、II组奶牛产奶量分别较对照组提高0.62kg/(头·d)和0.36kg/(头·d),但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验I、II组的乳糖含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验II组总固形物含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验I、II组体细胞数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),奶牛隐性乳房炎发病率极显著降低(P<0.01);与对照组相比,试验组奶牛血清TC、HDL-C和LDL-C均极显著降低(P<0.01),试验II组TG显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验I组血清MDA水平显著降低(P<0.05),SOD水平极显著升高(P<0.01),GSH-Px含量显著增加(P<0.05)。试验证明,包被甜菜碱有提高奶牛产奶量、改善乳成分、促进脂肪代谢和提高奶牛抗氧化能力的作用。 The effects of rumen protected betaine on milk performance and serum biochemical indexes in middle lactation cows were studied in the experiment. Thirty dairy cows were divided into three groups according to the same of age, parity, number of lactations and milk yield. Each group has ten cows, and lives in the same conditions. Dairy cows were ted a common TMR. No betaine was included in diet of control. Treatment I and II were respectively added to 6g/d and 12g/d rumen protected betaine. The results showed that 6g/d and 12g/d betaine can respectively increase milk yield 6 g/d and 12g/d, and the difference were not significant (P〉0.05). Milk lactose in treatment had extremely increasing than that of control (P〈0.01). Solid in treatment had extremely increasing than that of control (P〈0.01). The SCC of treatment were lower than that of control (P〈0.05). The recessive mastitis had extremely decreasing in treatment than that of control (P〈0.01). The TC, HDL-C and LDL-C in treatment had extremely decreasing than that of control (P〈0.01). The TG in treatment lI was decreased significantly (P〈0.05). The level of MDA had significantly decreasing in treatment 1 (P〈0.05) than that of control. The level of SOD had extremely increasing (P〈0.01) and GSH- Px had significantly increasing (P〈0.05) in treatment I than that of control. Thus, 6g/d rumen-protected betaine was better to improve milk yield of middle lactation cows and increase milk composition, promote fat metabolism and improve oxidation.
