一种具有仿形功能的草地破土切根机

摘要 9QP-830型草地破土切根机是具有仿形功能的草原破土切根机,主要用于我国北部地区的典型羊草草地改良。实践应用表明,采用机具切刀高速旋转入土切断亚表层内羊草横走根茎,是羊草草地机械化改良的良好措施。在草地上工作时轴容易弯曲变形,切根刀片易损毁。本研究据此设计了单体仿形机构、限深轮机构,优化了侧板和辅助安装机构的尺寸,并对关键部件进行了校核。应用发现优化设计后能保证草地破土切根机工作时的仿形效果,可充分发挥限深轮的限深功能和限深效果。 The ecosystem of grassland in China is degraded now. The situation should be changed as soon as possible. It is the key to achieve sustainable development. The type of grass in this paper is leymus-chinensis L (L- C.), which is the main grass in the north of China. The design is based on a device for mechanical remediation of degraded grasslands. The device is called 9QP-830 grassland soil-gashing and root-cutting device. The rhizomes of L-C. can be cut by the cutting machine with a high rotary speed, so the permeability of the grass land can be better. Some problems were found through the field trails. The tool shaft was easily bended and cutting blades were easily broken. In this study, the optimized design was developed, which included the design and research of independent profiling mechanism and the depth controlled wheel. In the meantime, software such as CATIA and CAXA were used to aid drawing the machinery. The optimized design of this machine can improve the function and effect of root cutting.
