匹多莫德联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效观察

The effect of pidotimod granules combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infection

目的探讨匹多莫德口服液（PD）联合玉屏风颗粒（YD）治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染（RRI）的疗效。方法将124例RRI患儿作为观察对象，采用数字表法随机分为观察组（63例）和对照组（6l例），分别采用PD、YD联合YD进行治疗，比较两组临床疗效，统计两组的免疫功能（IMF）并进行对比分析。结果观察组63例患儿中显效33例，有效28例，无效2例，有效率96．83％，与对照组差异均有统计学意义（x2=8．796、9．054、8．931、9．135，均P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后发热、湿性哕音、咳痰和胸痛等症状消失时间均显著短于对照组（t=8．562、9．025、8．747、8．637，均P〈0．05）；两组IMF治疗后差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论PD联合YD治疗RRI能有效改善患儿临床症状，缩短发热、湿性啰音、咳痰和胸痛等临床症状的消失时间，提高患儿免疫功能，值得推广借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of pidotimod granules combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infection. Methods A total of 124 patients in the treatment of children＇s immunologic function with recurrent respiratory infection were taken into this research. 124 patients were divided into OBG（63 patients）group and COG（ 61 patients）group according to random number table and treated with pidotimod granules and Yupingfeng granules. Statistics of children＇s treatment in the two groups were collected and analyzed after research. Results In OBG group, there were 33 excellent cases,28 effective cases,2 void cases, and the treatment efficiency was 96.83% ,which were better than those in COG group（ X2 = 8. 796,9. 054,8. 931,9. 135, all P 〈 0.05 ）. In OBG group, the extinction time of fever, moist tale, expectoration and chest pain were significantly shorter than those in COG group （ t = 8. 562,9. 025,8. 747,8. 637, all P 〈 0.05 ）. The differences between the two groups after treatment in IMF were statistically significant （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pidotimod granules and Yupingfeng granules has perfect effect in the treatment of children＇s immunologic function with recurrent respiratory infection, which is worthy of promotion.
