摘要
利用有机酸(柠檬酸和EDTA)螯合载铁改性生物质炭,探究改性生物质炭对电解锰废渣中Mn淋溶迁移的影响。结果表明,改性生物质炭对电解锰废渣淋溶液中Mn的迁移有明显的效果。添加柠檬酸和EDTA改性的生物质炭处理后,电解锰废渣淋溶液中Mn含量减少百分率较未改性生物质炭平均增加了1.46倍、2.05倍,Mn质量浓度最大值分别为8.63,5.61 mg/L,且此时生物质炭对电解锰废渣中Mn迁移减少率分别达44.81%,64.08%。
This paper studies the effects of modified biomass charcoal on leaching migration of Mn in manganese slag through leaching experiment by using modified biomass charcoal organic acid (citric acid and EDTA). The results show that .the modified biomass charcoal has a significant effect on Mn migration in manganese slag solution. After adding modified biomass charcoal of citric acid and EDTA, the reducing percentage of Mn content in manganese slag solution has increased 1.46 times and 2.05 times on average, the maximum value of Mn mass concentration is 8.63 mg/L and 5.61 mg/L respec- tively and at this time the reducing percentage of Mn migration can reach 44.81% and 64.08% respectively.
