The Design of the Intelligent Storage Device of the Liquid Hazardous Article

危险品的储存和运输关系到人们的生命和财产安全,设计开发一套能够保障危险品安全的智能储运装置以及泄漏预警系统具有重要意义。分析液态危险品泄漏监测研究现状,设计一套以双层储运桶和远程智能预警器为主要硬件的智能储运装置,以及配套的危险品泄漏监测、预警系统。装置和系统通过气压传感器采集泄漏信息,GPS模块定位位置信息,感应标签读取物流信息,借助SIM模块发送给监管中心和驾驶员,达到监测和预警的目的。储运装置具有防撞防漏、自动测漏等功能,能够对液态危险品进行实时监测和及时预警。

The storage and transport of the hazardous articles is related to people＇s lives and properties security, so it is im-portant to design a set of intelligent storage device and leakage precaution system to ensure the safety of the hazardous arti- cle. This paper analyzes the research status of the leakage monitoring of liquid hazardous article, and designs a set of inteUi- gent storage device which is composed of the double- deck barrel, the remote intelligent precaution device, the leakage monitoring system, and the wireless pre- warning system. The leakage information from baroceptor, the location information from GPS and the logistics information from RFID tag are sent to supervision center and driver to realize the monitoring and early warning via SIM module by the devices and system. The device is designed with anti- collision, leak- proof and au- tomatic leak - detection and can carry on the real - time monitoring and early warning in time to the liquid dangerous cargo.
