Legal Issues of Internet Finance

互联网和金融是世界新经济革命的核心引擎,二者统合为互联网金融。这一新事物使得建立在传统市场经济架构和商业模式上的法律体系也在进行一场变革。这一变革将会涉及所有的部门法,涉及的范围之广、内容之深将是前所未有的。因此,我国应从三个层面推进互联网金融立法,互联网金融的规则体系要适时跟进,我国应该成立国家互联网金融发展监管委员会。

The Internet and finance,which combines to become Internet Finance,is the core engine of new economic revolution of the world. The brand- new thing makes the law system based on traditional market economy contracture and commercial pattern evolve as well. The change will affect all sectors of law,and its impact is unprecedented. We should improve Internet Finance legislation in three aspects. The regulation system of Internet Finance should advance with the times. It is necessary to set up National Internet Finance Development Regulation Committee.
