With the rapid development and transformation in the society,more and more emerging media forms appear, and meanwhile more and more press infringement activities emerge,so it is very urgent and important to pay attention to research the infringements. For this question,firstly we need to define the types and content of the tort liability,and then we need to investigate the corresponding defenses. Generally,the press infringement includes reputation infringement,portrait infringement and privacy infringement. There are different tort liabilities and defenses for different infringement,so we should to make a concrete analysis of each specific question and to solve it respectively.
