摘要
作为教师专业成长的起点,教育实习是学会教学和自我发展的过程。而无论是人本主义教育模式,还是传统工艺型模式,抑或是行为主义模式在提升学生教师的"实践性知识"上都有所欠缺。本文提出基于"课堂学习研究"的高师实践教学模式,其特色是以变易学习理论为指导进行学生教师的集体行动研究。学生教师深入一课不断挖掘自己对教学的理解和认识,同时把自己所学和学生所需进行有益结合,从而在实践共同体中成长为一名教师熟手,并且持有自己的教学信念。
As a starting point of teacher professional growth,practicum is a process of learning to teach and achieve selfdevelopment.However,humanistic education model,traditional process model or behavioral model seems powerless in increasing student teachers' practical knowledge.This paper proposes a learning study-based practicum model which characterizes student teachers' act research in communities under the guidance of variation theory.Student teachers focus on one lesson and enhance their understanding of teaching and students' learning needs and difficulties.They gradually become experienced teachers and generate their own teaching beliefs.
