观察曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能及心功能的影响

To Observe the Effect of Trimetazidine on Vascular Endothelial Function and Cardiac Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能及心功能的影响。方法选取58例慢性心力衰竭患者,按住院顺序编号随机平分为两组,实验组及对照组,每组29例,两组患者均给予慢性心力衰竭常规治疗,实验组在此基础上加予曲美他嗪治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后的血管内皮功能及心功能情况。结果治疗后实验组患者内皮功能D1、FMD较对照组好,且血浆ET-1水平低于对照组,两组患者的心功能LVEF、血清BNP、6MWT指标均得到明显的改善,且实验组的LVEF、6 min步行试验结果明显高于对照组,血清BNP明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪能改善慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能及心功能,且无不良反应发生,可为临床应用提供参考。

Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine on vascular endothelial function and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Selected 58 patients with chronic heart failure, Average divided into the experimental group and control group. All patients were given conventional treatment. And patients in experimental group were given trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment. observed their vascular endothelial function and cardiac function. Results The endothelial function D1, FMD, ET-1 and cardiac function LVEF, serum BNP, 6 MWT in experimental group was better than the control group. Two groups compare the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine can improve vascular endothelial function and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. It can provide reference for clinical application.
