健康宣教在泌尿外科护理中应用的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Health Education in the Applications of Urological Surgical Nursing

目的探讨健康宣教在泌尿外科护理中应用的临床意义。方法选取在我院泌尿外科就诊的101例患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组50例采取基本护理措施,试验组51例在对照组的基础上采取健康宣教,内容包括手术前健康宣教、手术后健康宣教。并且建立严格的护理督查制度,确保健康宣教落实,比较两组患者出院时对护理的满意度。结果试验组对护理的满意的为80.39%,对照组对护理的满意度为70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科的患者进行健康宣教,不仅能调高患者对护理的满意度,还能提高护理人员的自身价值,增加职业荣誉感。因此,制定合理化的健康宣教值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the health education of clinical significance in the applications of urological surgical nursing. Methods Choose 101 cases of patients in our hospital urology department, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group 50 cases were gave basic nursing measures. Experimental group 51, in the control group on the basis of health education. Contents include preoperative health education and health education after surgery, and set up strict nursing supervision system, to ensure that health education implementation. Compare the two groups of patients for nursing satisfaction. Results Group of nursing satisfaction was 80.39%, the control group of nursing satisfaction was 70%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urology patients health education, can not only raise the patients satisfaction of nursing, also can improve nursing staff＇s own value, increase the professional sense of honor. Formulate rationalization of health education is worth popularizing in clinical.
