细节护理对脑出血缓解期患者的并发症以及患者满意度的影响

Effect of Details Care for Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients in Remission Complication and Patient Satisfaction

目的探讨细节护理对脑出血缓解期患者的并发症以及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在大连友谊医院住院的120例脑出血缓解期患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组60例,使用普通护理,试验组60例,在对照组的基础上使用细节护理。观察两组患者并发症发生情况、意外事件发生情况以及患者对护理的满意度。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血缓解期的患者采取细节护理可有效降低患者的并发症发生率,不良事件发生率,提高患者对护理满意度,值得在临床推广。

Objective Discuss details nursing complications in patients with cerebral hemorrhage remission and the influence of satisfaction. Methods January 2014 to January 2015 in Dalian friendship hospital, 120 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with remission, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 60 cases, using ordinary care, experimental group 60 cases, in the control group using the details on the basis of nursing. Results Experimental group was batter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Details nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage of remission can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients, incidence of adverse events, improve patient satisfaction, is worth popularizing in clinical.
