摘要
目的探讨对糖尿病患者应用时间护理的临床意义。方法选取101例糖尿病患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组50例,采用普通护理模式。试验组51例,在普通护理的基础上使用时间护理模式即对糖尿病患者在用药、饮食、运动和病情观察、血糖监测中应用时间护理,观察两组患者空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇变化情况。结果试验组空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇值明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论试验组采取时间护理,准确掌握患者的生理节奏以及病理节奏,使治疗效果更加突出,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of time nursing in the treatment of diabetic. Methods A total of 101 patients with diabetic in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group（51）and control group（50）. Control group were given the conventional nursing care plan, experimental group were given the time nursing care plan. In patients with diabetes medication, diet, exercise and application time nursing. Observe two groups of patient＇s fasting plasma glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol. Results Observation group of patients fasting plasma glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Experimental group to take time nursing accurately grasp the pathology in patients with circadian rhythm and rhythm, make the treatment effect is more prominent,is worth popularizing in clinical.
