系统支持护理干预对恶性肿瘤患儿母亲负性情绪的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Mother Having Children with Malignant Tumors Negative Emotion

目的探讨系统支持护理干预对恶性肿瘤患儿母亲负性情绪的影响。方法将100例患儿母亲随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取常规和系统支持护理一体的综合护理。两组分别进行焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分检测,比较干预前后两组恶性肿瘤患儿母亲的焦虑抑郁状况。结果干预组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分低于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预有利于缓解恶性肿瘤患儿母亲抑郁焦虑状况,对于改善患儿的心理压力和康复治疗有重要意义。

Objective To explore the affect of nursing intervention on mother having children with malignant tumors negative emotion. Methods 100 cases of mothers having children with malignant tumors were estimated by SAS and SDS. All the subjects were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group were nursed traditionally, while the control group take comprehensive nursing intervention besides normal treating. Compared with the depression and anxiety status of two groups before and after intervention. Results Through psychological intervention,the treatment efficiency of intervention group is higher than the control one, the anxiety and depression status was obviously improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nuring intervention have significant effect on alleviating the depression and anxiety status of mothers having children with malignant tumors, improving children＇s psychological pressure and recover.
