摘要
目的找出一种更有效的普外科常见病护理方案。方法选取近两年来我院就诊的阑尾炎患者300例,随机分为实验组(150例)和对照组(150例),实验组给予PDCA临床路径护理法,对照组给予常规护理,分别对两组满意率、转化率(解释如正文)、感染率及粘连概率等进行对比分析。结果实验组的考察指标结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05,具体卡方值见文中表格)。结论 PDCA循环临床护理途径是一种较先进的护理方法,可以有效地提高我普外科临床护理质量,值得我们大力推广。
Objective To find a more effective nursing scheme on common diseases of department of general surgery. Methods 300 patients with appendicitis were selected for nearly two years in our hospital for treatment, who were randomly divided into experimental group（150 cases） and control group（150 cases）, the experimental group was given PDCA nursing path, while the control group was given conventional nursing method, then respectively compared the satisfaction rate, conversion rate（interpreted as text）, infection rate and adhesion rate with each other. Result The indexes of experiment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05, please see the specific chi-square values in the table of the text）. Conclusion The PDCA nursing path is a better than the common nursing method.
