摘要
本文针对具有自增压特性的旋转压力能交换器进行研究,通过求解非定常一维流动模型,获得了液体压力波在转子孔道内的传播特性,基于压力能交换过程的最优波系分析,探讨了不同波系结构的交换器性能随工况的变化规律。研究发现,不同工况下的压力能交换率存在最优值,增压比、增压流量随低压连通区压差降低而减小,多次波系反射结构的压力能交换率和增压流量总体有较大提高。
This work evaluates the performance of supercharged rotary pressure exchanger.The propagation behavior of liquid wave in rotor ducts was obtained by solving a one-dimensional unsteady flow model.With the optimum wave analysis of pressure recovery process,the exchanger performances of different wave structures were investigated under various working conditions.Results show that there exits a maximum pressure recovery ratio in different pressure recovery processes.The pressure ratio and boosted flow rate decrease with the reduction of pressure difference on low pressure side,and the pressure recovery ratio and boosted flow rate are improved for pressure exchanger with multiple wave reflections.
