摘要
本文以特征线法为基础,采用"多点固定完全断流型空腔数-理模型",通过分析得到清管器移动边界条件方程和出口阀门边界条件方程,进而对复杂地形下管道试压后清管器的扫水过程进行数值模拟计算。将数值模拟结果与现场数据对比,检验了本文所提出计算模型的正确性和准确性。通过该计算模型,可以较准确地预测在清管器扫水过程中是否会发生爆管及发生爆管的位置,并且得到导致管道爆裂的瞬时高压的定量值。
Based on the method of characteristics,the mathematical model of multi-point fixed complete breakage cavities was employed to simulate the process of sweeping water.The boundary condistions of pig moving,outlet of pipeline and physical phenomenon were obtained by analysis.The numerical results agree very well with the on-site measurement data,validating the correctness of the mathematical model.Besides,the model can predict whether the pipe burst or not in pig sweeping process,as well as the location and pressure of the pipe burst point accurately.
